NEW DELHI: Former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli wrote a heartfelt note for fans on Saturday after the franchise lost Qualifier 2 to Rajasthan Royals to be knocked out of IPL 2022.
Sensational bowling from Prasidh Krishna (3/22) and Obed McCoy (3/23) followed by Jos Buttler’s special move (106 out of 60) took the Rajasthan Royals to the IPL 2022 Final with a convincing victory seven wickets against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Qualifier 2 at Narendra Modi Stadium on Friday.
Kohli, 33, who hasn’t had a great IPL season, said in her social media post that the learning never stops.
“Sometimes you win, and sometimes you don’t, but 12th Man Army, you have been fantastic, always supporting us through our campaign. You make cricket special. The learning never stops. (1/2) “, wrote Virat on Twitter with the photos of his IPL 2022 campaign.

The batting star also thanked RCB management and support staff. “A big thank you to the management, support staff and everyone who is part of this amazing franchise. See you next season @RCBTweets #PlayBold (2/2),” he added.
In his final rounds of this year’s IPL, Kohli was beaten by Prasidh Krishna’s rebound and scored a single take after scoring just 7 runs. IPL 2022.
Former Indian skipper Virat along with Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah have been rested and excluded from the T20I home series against South Africa. They will return to action with the rescheduled Test against England in Edgbaston, Birmingham from July 1.
