Fitton told Fox News Digital that the material was obtained through a request for records related to cadet training.

Judicial Watch received more than 600 pages of documents from the two lawsuits that were filed after the Department of Defense (DOD) failed to comply with legally binding document requests.

The documents reveal that officers-in-training in the army receive courses on the CRT, which included lessons on “whiteness” as well as the application of the CRT to answer questions.

“In order to understand racial inequality and slavery, we must first tackle whiteness”, a slide reads.

The slide goes on to state that “whiteness” is “a place of structural advantage, racial privilege,” is a “viewpoint or place from which white people view themselves and the rest of society,” and refers “to a set of cultural practices that are generally unmarked and unnamed. »
