New video of Ezra Miller’s arrest in March has been released after the ‘Flash’ actor claims he was assaulted during the clash with police.

In police body camera footage of the arrest, the 29-year-old actor, who identifies himself using the pronouns they/them, is heard telling officers they were assaulted as authorities attempted to handcuff them following an incident at a bar in Hawaii.

“I was mugged and started filming. Let me show you the video. I was mugged in this bar, twice in a row. I film myself when I get mugged for crypto art NFT,” the “Flash” star says in the clip, before asking the cops for their credentials.

“What’s your name? What’s your badge number? Tell me your name and badge number. Full name! Full badge number!” Miller demands authorities. ” Do not touch me. Tell me your name and badge number now!

Miller continues to ask the police, “Am I arrested for disorderly conduct?” to which an officer confirms they are before Miller states, “I was mugged. You get that, don’t you?”

Miller then tries to give their version of what happened at the establishment, alleging to officers that “the guy from that bar called himself a Nazi”, adding: “I filmed him, and he told me offensive.”

The actor insists on protesting, “I claim my Ninth Amendment rights not to be unlawfully persecuted for an undesignated crime. Disorderly conduct means something of which I am not guilty,” Miller says in the video.

“I claim my Fourth Amendment rights not to be searched and seized without probable cause, which you cannot present in court. I claim my Fourth Amendment rights not to be searched and seized.”

The video continues as Miller also alleges that one of the officers involved in his arrest touched their private space during their pat-down of Miller.

“Hey, you just touched my penis. Please don’t do that,” Miller said. “I’m transgender, non-binary, and I don’t want to be searched by a man!”

Last month, the actor was arrested on suspicion of assault. It was the second time Miller had been arrested on the island in recent weeks. He did not contest the charge and was ordered to pay a $500 fine.

According to a Hawaii Police Department press release, Miller became enraged after he was asked to leave a meeting at a Big Island home and threw a chair, hitting a woman in the forehead.

“Miller started shouting obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone of a 23-year-old woman who was singing karaoke and then lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts,” the HPD added. “The bar owner repeatedly asked Miller to calm down.”

Police said the woman was treated for a half-inch cut on her forehead.

Authorities arrested Miller shortly after midnight on March 28, charging the actor with disorderly conduct and harassment, the Hawaii Police Department said in a statement at the time.

A representative for Miller did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.
