Here is Varun Dhawan speaking FIRST and EXCLUSIVE about the health of his father David Dhawan. ETimes reports that David Dhawan was in hospital for seven days and was admitted last week. Some time ago we told you that he was back home and feeling better.

Varun’s next film, ‘Jugjugg Jeeyo’, is just around the corner and the actor is struggling to juggle his job and his father’s health. But the fighter that he is, he pulls out all the stops to make sure neither is ignored. More information about David Dhawan’s hospitalization given by a source is: “Lali Dhawan (Varun’s mother) was looking after David Dhawan during the day in the hospital, while Rohit and Varun were there at night. ”

ETimes also reports that Varun was actually filming overseas for a movie when David Dhawan was rushed to hospital. Varun took the first possible flight to be with his father.
