The two first met in March, but the relationship is still in its infancy, according to a report by People magazine on Friday.

“Meeting during COVID was difficult,” the source added. “He quickly became her friend and her loving confidant.”

“First of all, I want you to know directly from me that I have never touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances,” Cuomo said in a video address Tuesday afternoon. “I’m 63 years old. I’ve lived my entire adult life in public. It’s just not who I am and it’s not who I’ve ever been.”
