Salman Khan’s ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ team erect a huge backdrop for filming in Mumbai tomorrow | Hindi Movie News

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is finally set to kick off filming for his highly anticipated film ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’.

ETimes reported that the film crew will be rolling cameras from Salman’s favorite location, Mehboob Studio in Bandra, after which the cast will travel to Hyderabad to shoot another part of the film.

Now, according to the latest reports on MidDay, the team is ready to roll the cameras tomorrow. Ahead of the big shoot, director Farhad Samji’s teams erected two huge sets. The report says the crew will begin filming at the Golden Tobacco factory in Vile Parle where they built a set to look like a subway station. The team did not find it possible to shoot in the actual location as crowd management issues were a problem.

Filming is expected to last 10 days, after which the team will shoot a full schedule at Mehboob Studio in Bandra.

The film will see Salman reunite with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma after the success of ‘Antim’. Zaheer Iqbal and Pooja Hedge will also star in the film. It was also reported that actress Shehnaaz Gill would make her Bollywood debut with the film.

‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ is currently planning a year-end release.
