LAHORE: Feeling “aggrieved”, the Pakistan Cricket Board (pcb) has decided to challenge the proposed extended window of two and a half months for the Indian Premier League (IPL).
PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja said the issue will be raised at the next ICC conference.
“There has been no announcement or decision yet on increasing the IPL window. I will give my views on this matter at the ICC conference,” Raja said during a press conference here on Friday.

“My view is clear: if there is a development in world cricket which means that we are wronged, we will contest it very vigorously and make our case strongly in the ICC,” he said. he declared.
The PCB’s move to formally challenge the decision comes weeks after BCCI Secretary Jay Shah said in an exclusive interview with PTI that the Indian board will get an extended window for the IPL in the next cycle. ICC FTP from 2024 until 2031.
