Jones, who was previously a captain in the intelligence and counterterrorism division of the Texas Department of Public Safety, recounts the video.

Jones has covered extensively the situation across the border, and he claimed in the video that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers have been transferred from border security to support and treatment of migrants.
The video hits the internet as the White House denies any sort of “open border” with Mexico.

The city of Brownsville has tested individuals since Jan. 25, with 204 of 1,700 migrants testing positive for the coronavirus – about 9.25% positivity, Fox News has learned.
The number of migrant children held along the border has tripled in the past two weeks to more than 3,250. CBP recently reported meeting 100,441 individuals in February, a 28% increase from January. Of these, 9,457 were unaccompanied children (UAC).
