Leeds confirm Dallas broke his leg in Manchester City clash | Soccer News

Leeds United defender Stuart Dallas broke his leg in his side’s 4-0 loss to Manchester City at Elland Road on Saturday, the club said in a statement.
Dallas was injured in a challenge against City’s Jack Grealish in first-half stoppage time and received medical treatment on the pitch before being carried off on a stretcher.
“Stuart Dallas faces a long period of inactivity due to a broken femur suffered in yesterday’s Premier League match with Manchester City,” Leeds said on Sunday.
“Stuart was kept overnight in Leeds General Infirmary and will now travel to London for surgery and further tests.”
Leeds are 17th in the table, five points above the relegation zone and next face Arsenal on May 8.
