Kriti Sanon has gone out of her way to prepare for movie roles. Whether she’s training in martial arts or even gaining weight for her movies, the actress has done it all.

The actress, who was last seen playing the role of a pregnant woman in ‘Mimi’, finally revealed how she got rid of her excess weight, without even setting foot in the bathroom. sports Hall.

During the filming of ‘Mimi’, Kriti tried out for the role of a surrogate mother, for which she gained 15 kg to appear authentic on screen.

After filming the movie, she had the daunting task of losing weight and managed to do it without the help of a gym.

Revealing secrets about her weight loss journey, Kriti shared, “I started training at home with the help of virtual trainers. I lost all the excess weight during lockdown. When I was 15 pounds over my usual body weight towards the end of Mimi’s schedule, I remember feeling unfit.When you feel so unfit, you understand the importance of fitness.

To shed the extra pounds, the actress stuffed herself with chips, chocolates, shakes and more, and lost it all during lockdown with virtual workouts.

On the work front, Kriti is filming for the final leg of the planned filming of ‘Ganapath’ alongside Tiger Shroff. She will also be seen in ‘Adipurush’ with Prabhas, ‘Bhediya’ with Varun Dhawan and ‘Shehzada’ with Kartik Aaryan.
