He also thanked his fiancee, British actress Amanda Abbington, for being by his side.

TMZ, citing sources at the time, reported that Goodwin was in a straitjacket and hung by his feet on a wire as two cars also hung in the air on either side of him. Goodwin tried to break free from the constraints and land on an air mattress as he and the vehicles swayed in the air.
The stunt took a horrific turn when the swaying cars crashed into each other, with Goodwin between them, sources say. The cars would then have exploded “in a gigantic ball of fire”, causing the stuntman to fall to the ground and hit his head.

According to The Goodwin site, he is a “man of professional danger” who “put himself in the most extreme situations and dodged death every time”. He’s even already appeared in “AGT” in 2020 where he performed another death-defying stunt. In addition, he appeared in numerous television shows around the world, including “Dangerman” on BBC America. He also works as a stunt advisor and motivational speaker.
Production has since been suspended on “AGT: Extreme”.
