“I still love and take care of Colleen, but we both determined it was the natural ending,” he added.
Gosselin, 44, revealed that they had had “some difficulties” in the midst of the pandemic and “tried to get through them” to no avail. Their relationship reached rocky straits when Gosselin tested positive for COVID-19, in which he said Conrad was “super supportive.”
The reality TV star-turned-DJ said Conrad’s cancer diagnosis was a “huge shock” and said he stood by her side.
