NEW DELHI: Sanjeev Khirwar, the IAS officer amid a storm for allegedly walking his dog in Delhi’s Thyagraj Stadium has been transferred to Ladakh.
A report has recently emerged in the media that sportsmen using the stadium are forced to leave early in the evening as Khirwar comes to walk his dog in the stadium.
His wife Rinku Dugga, also an IAS officer, was transferred to Arunachal Pradesh via the same MHA order.
Khirwar is an IAS officer from batch 1994.
Delhi Kejriwal Arvind Kejriwal has ordered that all sports facilities run by the Delhi government, including Thaygraj Stadium, be made available for sportsmen until 10 p.m.
