NEW DELHI: The court-appointed commissioner-lawyer resumed the investigation and videography of the Gyanvapi Mosque premises in Varanasi on Saturday, two days after a civil judge refused to change it and ordered that he submit his investigation report before May 17.
A meeting of the two parties – the complainants and the respondents – was held on Friday to finalize the investigation plan. After the meeting, District Magistrate Kaushal Raj Sharma said, “As per the court directive, the inquest will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. from Saturday.
