The Glastonbury Festival has announced its full line-up and stage times, with artists including The Libertines, AJ Tracey, Kae Tempest and Jamie T added to the line-up.
They join the headliners Billie Eilish, Sir Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamaras well as other acts, including Noel Gallagher‘s High Flying Birds, Diana RossSam Fender, Wolf Alice, Haim, Pet Shop Boys, Olivia Rodrigo and Megan Thee Stallion.
This year Glastonbury finally gives organizers and fans the chance to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the world famous festival, which was canceled for the first time in 2020, then again in 2021due to the pandemic.
“See you soon on The Other Stage,” The Libertines tweeted, announcing their Friday 11:30 a.m. slot, while following them, Tempest, told fans, “It’s going to be amazing. I love this place so much and I can not wait to return to.”
Jamie T, headliner of the John Peel Stage on Saturday night, said, “It’s going to be special.”
Over 3,000 artists will appear on dozens of stages, with details for a few stages yet to be announced.
As always, there are still two major slots to be confirmed – on the Park and John Peel Stages – leading to much speculation about who will appear.
In the past, artists like Pulp, Radiohead, The Libertines The Killers have all played “secret” sets.
Taylor Swift was set to headline the 2020 event with McCartney and Lamar, but is no longer on the bill – so could she make a surprise appearance?
Harry Styles fans are also speculating that he might appear somewhere.
Other acts definitely confirmed include Primal Scream, Ghetts, Self Esteem, Charli XCX, Little Simz, Burna Boy, Foals, Idles and Skunk Anansie.
At 20, Eilish will become Pyramid Stage’s youngest solo headliner when she performs on Friday nights, with Sam Fender fronting her.

Ross will follow the likes of Kylie MinogueBarry Gibb, Dolly Parton and Lionel Richie performing in the Sunday Legends slot.
Glastonbury 2022 runs from June 22-26 and tickets are sold out.
