MUMBAI: The Enforcement Branch on Wednesday arrested a former administrator of Lilavati Hospital in connection with an exchange breach case.
“We arrested Kishore Mehta in connection with a $20 million foreign transaction by allegedly violating exchange rules,” an ED official said.
Mehta committed the alleged violation through his diamond business.
He is likely to appear in local court later today.
