Fans accuse Prince Charles of excluding Meghan Markle from Archie’s birthday message

Meghan Markle fans on Twitter have accused her stepfather Prince Charles of snubbing her in her recent birthday post celebrating her grandson Archie’s second birthday.

The Prince of Wales posted a birthday message that only included his son, Prince Harry, holding baby Archie.

“Happy birthday to Archie, who turns two today,” he captioned The image. People noticed that Markle was not featured, despite being seen in every birthday post from other royals.

“Sad! Very sad state of affairs when the supposed future king cuts the mother of his grandchild from the photo with which he chooses to share”, wrote a person.

“Nice picture, but where is Meghan in the picture?” asked someone else.

“Why don’t you call him your grandson and why interrupt his mother? You yourself made a lot of mistakes or forgot about it. It doesn’t help at all,” another said.

Others came to Charles’ defense. “Maybe it’s a moment with 3 generations. A favorite photo… maybe instead of people being offended just enjoy a nice photo. If Meghan was in the photo, people would have found it something else to offend, ” someone wrote.

“They chose to present the 3 generations. Nothing wrong with that”, another user accepted.
