Take a look at some of these offensive comments and our response to them…
“Lo karwaali na berzzati? Wear clothes instead of draping sheets haphazardly.
The “draping up the sheets” you refer to is someone’s labor of love. If not Deepika, then at least respect the designer who did an exquisite job. Instead of looking for negativity, consider Deepika’s bravado of adjusting the dress without any qualms.
“She went there as a jury this year…does she even watch the movies??? this movies.
If the actress had picked the wrong choice of clothes, you’d still be mourning, right? Instead of dishonoring the star on a public platform, why don’t you consider cheering her on as she won a place at the prestigious festival to represent our country? Leave the criticism to the actress and learn respect from fellow jurors who graciously helped the lady with her ensemble, rather than mocking her fashion choice.
“Such a bad show, just like your acting skills”
This is no place to spit your distaste for Deepika’s acting skills. While we can’t force you to love him as a performer, at least don’t seek the pleasure of taking away his accolades. The fact that Deepika held her head up despite the struggle and gracefully continued on the red carpet, is the kind of positivity you need in the long run.
