Mariah Kennedy-Cuomo was seen arm-in-arm with her beleaguered father outside the Albany executive mansion as he took a phone call on Friday.
But it is unclear how Governor Cuomo’s other two daughters react to the sexual harassment scandal engulfing their father, especially Michaela, 23, who was a staunch advocate for sexual assault victims while studying at the Brown University. The three daughters are mom.
In 2019, Michaela argued in an essay by the Brown Political Review that official investigations into sexual assault serve to defend the powers that be rather than “deciphering the truth or mitigating the consequences.”

The title of Michaela’s essay: “Institutional Gas Lighting; investigations to silence the victim and protect the victim ”.
Governor Cuomo is now under investigation by a former political ally, Democratic Attorney General Letitia James, after as many as seven women – one who claimed to have been groped by the governor under her blouse – presented allegations. He denied the allegations, but apologized if his behavior made any of the women “uncomfortable”.
Michaela wrote to the Ivy League institution she attended that “survivors deserve to be believed and supported in their desired course of action.”
Michaela also founded an activist group called “Cultivating Upstanders for Sexual Assault Prevention,” or CUSP, according to her LinkedIn. A post on the group’s Instagram features “The Rape Pyramid,” claiming that “unwanted contact” “would strengthen and excuse high-level actions.” The group’s Twitter account, @MakeLovebyCUSP, has been disabled.
Throughout 2020, the three daughters Cuomo has with his ex-wife Kerry Kennedy – Cara and Mariah are 26-year-old twins – invited to Emmy-winning Governor Cuomo’s COVID-19 TV news briefs. They were also drawn as characters on the governor’s taxpayer-funded poster, extolling his administration’s handling of the pandemic and “reducing” the rate of infection.
Today, the governor faces growing accusations of mismanaging the pandemic, as well as sexual harassment and intimidation. He resisted calls for resignation, including from many Democratic colleagues, instead calling his critics “reckless” for having made a decision before official inquiries.

Her daughters’ social media about it has been silent.
On March 9, Governor Cuomo told reporters he discussed the allegations of sexual misconduct with them.
“I told them what I told you, that is, I never touched anyone inappropriately. I never made inappropriate advances, and no one ever told me that they felt, at the time, that I was making them uncomfortable or awkward, “he said. , according to reports. “Let’s do an investigation and get the facts.”
Michaela tweeted in July that she was looking for love, joking that there was “more room for loved ones on #boyfriendcliff”. One of her sisters’ beauties was pictured on the COVID-19 poster as hanging from the edge of the “boyfriend’s cliff”.

Mariah, also a Brown alumnus, appears to be dating Tellef Lundevall, a former wide receiver on her alma mater’s football team, according to her Valentine’s Day Instagram post.
As for Cara, The Post exclusively reported last year that she was dating Dane Pfeiffer, a state soldier assigned to her father’s security service. After Governor Cuomo learned of the relationship, Pfeiffer was transferred to a post near the Canadian border.
