Cardi B had harsh words for U.S. Representative Glenn Grothman, R-Wis., After criticizing her “WAP” performance at the 2021 Grammy Awards.
The rapper slammed Grothman on Twitter for calling his performance with Grammy-winning Megan Thee Stallion “inconsistent with basic decency.”
“Wake up FCC and start doing your job,” Grothman said during a speech to the House. “America’s moral decline is in part due to your total complacency.”
In response, Cardi B tweeted Thursday: “It makes me so angry you don’t even know! I think we’ve all been on the cutting edge this week since seeing back-to-back police brutality, including watching the one of the biggest cases in history due to police brutality, but wait! This is what the state official decides to talk about. “

The Grammy winner asked why Grothman wasn’t focusing on this week’s conviction of former Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin for the murder of George Floyd.

She also suggested in another tweet that Grothman should pay attention to his own condition and the shooting of Jacob Blake, a 29-year-old black man who was seriously injured by a white policeman in Kenosha.
Cardi called on voters to stop “giving seats to the F ***** IDIOTS”. She said she wanted voters to “elect better people because you have these dum [sic] a **** representing the States. “

A spokesperson for Grothman did not immediately return Fox News’ request for comment.
