Britney Spears’ conservation team is apparently experiencing an internal schism.

James P. Spears – otherwise known as Jamie – said in the file obtained by Fox News that Montgomery “has served continuously as the sole curator of Ms. Spears’ person since September 2019 and continues to serve as such. title ”.
Ms. Montgomery was fully responsible for the personal care and medical treatment of Ms. Spears during the consultations with Mr. Ingham – and which consultations specifically excluded Mr. Spears. Mr. Spears was therefore very saddened to learn of his daughter’s difficulties. and suffering, and he thinks there must be an investigation into these allegations, “the court record said.
Jamie is now asking for an evidentiary hearing to have the court determine whether or not to grant Ingham III’s motion to appoint Montgomery as permanent curator. He also said Britney’s claims in court last week – the most damning that she was prevented from removing an intrauterine device (IUD) – left him worried.

Montgomery’s attorney writes that his client has acted in Britney’s best interests since her first day on the job and said any decisions that were made were approved by her doctors and court oversight.
