Alec Baldwin’s family were spotted packing for the Hamptons on Friday after the deadly shooting on his set.
Baldwin’s assistants were seen packing luggage into cars a day after the actor shot dead cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, 42, on the set of his upcoming movie ‘Rust’. Production on the set of “Rust” has been indefinitely halted after the Propeller Cannon misfires at Bonanza Creek Ranch.
The director of the film, Joel Souza, 48, was also injured in the incident and was hospitalized.
Baldwin broke his silence on the shooting on Friday morning in a statement to social media. The actor expressed his sadness over what he called a “tragic accident”.

“There are no words to express my shock and sadness over the tragic accident which claimed the life of Halyna Hutchins, a deeply admired wife, mother and colleague,” he said on Friday morning on Twitter.
“I am fully cooperating with the police investigation to explain how this tragedy happened and I am in contact with her husband, offering my support to him and his family. My heart is broken for her husband, their son and all. those who knew him and I loved Halyna, ”the actor concluded.

Hutchins’ husband confirmed to Fox News that Baldwin had provided support during this time.
“I have spoken with Alec Baldwin and he is very supportive of me,” Matthew Hutchins told Fox News.
Earlier Thursday, Baldwin shared a photo of himself in full character on Instagram with the caption: “Back in person to the office. Blimey… it’s exhausting.” The photo has since been deleted.

The actor’s wife, Hilaria Baldwin, also shared a photo of Baldwin apparently on his way to filming on her Instagram Story.
