Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal’s wedding festivities have begun and photos of their many ceremonies are flooding the internet. Ahead of their wedding on October 6, the couple held a phool haldi, mehendi and sangeet ceremony in Delhi. For the occasion, Richa decked herself out in a stunning pink embroidered lehenga while Ali Fazal looked suave in a white angrakha.

Photos from their pre-wedding festivities saw the couple sharing laughs and indulging guests. For the Haldi ceremony, Richa and Ali were spotted sitting in huge brass vessels surrounded by a bed of yellow and red flowers. After these ceremonies, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal hosted a cocktail party and reception in Delhi on Friday. For the evening affair, Richa opted for a bespoke saree which had her love affair with Ali embroidered on it. While Ali decked himself in a royal sherwani by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The couple hosted family and friends from all over Delhi with around 300 guests.

During the sangeet ceremony, Richa sang his childhood song with his cousin brothers titled “The Chadha’s Gang song” while Ali paid tribute to his favorite actor Sanjay Dutt but performed an impromptu dance to the teeth of “Hand Hu Khalnayak”. “Ali is a big fan of Sanjay Dutt, and seeing him impersonate Sanju baba was fun. One of Richa’s college friends danced to her favorite tunes,” a guest revealed. The couple also shook a leg at ” Ambarsariya” from their movie “Fukrey”. Later, Richa previewed her Mehendi, which featured the initials AR (Ali-Richa). The couple are set to wed in Mumbai on October 6.
