Larry David wants to do more “Calm your enthusiasm.”
During a TV Academy event at the DGA on Sunday evening, David confirmed that the long-running HBO series would be back for a 12th season.
When asked if he would do more, the series creator and star said yes.
This comes after Season 11 ended airing at the end of December. This season, Larry has followed up on not having the required five-foot fence around his pool after a burglar drowned in it.

As a result, he was forced to hire Maria Sofia, an untalented actress and niece of the dead burglar for his new show “Young Larry”. David begins dating councilwoman Irma Kostroski, played by Tracey Ullman, to help him while Leon searches for another Mary Ferguson to take to Asia with him.
The event featured David, executive producer Jeff Schaffer, who earlier in the day was at Deadline’s Contenders TV event representing FX Networks’ “Dave” series, Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman, JB Smoove, Cheryl Hines and Richard Lewis.

“Curb Your Enthusiasm” apparently runs on David’s schedule and whims.
“As usual, if [Larry] has a field that he is passionate about, we will do more. I imagine he will,” Casey Bloys, chief content officer for HBO and HBO Max, told Deadline in February.
